I would say “jay-von”, kind of like Jason, but with a v sound in it. I wouldn’t use it but I don’t find it to be bad.

I wouldn’t use it. I have a student with this name and for a long time everyone thought it was pronounced Jah-von. He never said anything. His mom told us it was jay-von. Now he gets mad if it’s mispronounced. I would spell jay-von with a y. Jayvon or Jaivon.
