In the original Greek, alk-MEH-ne. In English, alk-MEE-nee. An alternative spelling is Alcmena (alk-MEN-a in Greek, alk-MEE-na in English).

Three syllables, emphasis on the middle one. And the c is always a k sound.

Depends on the era and dialect, so take your pick, just remember the first and second |e| are pronounced the same (/e/, /i/ or /a/).
