I like it so much more than Cecelia, it eliminates the extra "ce". Its perfect.

I pronounce it seal-ya. I think I slightly prefer Delia but Celia is nice as well. I like your ideas of Celia Rose and Celia Josephine

I just used the name Celia for one of my Sims. I pronounce it the same way as you do. It’s a very beautiful name with a beautiful meaning. I actually prefer it to Cecilia. Celia Kleio is my favorite combination. Also, As You Like It by Shakespeare.

I love and would use Celia. I enjoy the fact that it's an anagram of Alice, and perhaps not in real life but certainly in my imagination I like the idea of Alice and Celia as twin sisters.
