I'm not too fond of the "rox" sound.

I prefer Roxana. It’s a beautiful name. Roxanne is also better than Roxane.

Roxanna is a great name, I like it a lot. It’s nicer than Roxanne imo. Roxie is a great nn too.

I prefer Roxanne or Roxane. Roxanna seems too ornate. Either way, I'd prefer it as a mn: Roxie really does not appeal.

Don't really like it

It's nice enough. I prefer Roxanne, which I would even if it wasn't my own middle name. There is a town here in Delaware, a very small town, called Roxanna.

I like it. I used it as a middle name for my daughter
