Neither, really. I'd say MAD-eh-lin for both in English. In French muhd-lenn and muhd-leen (roughly).
It comes from Magdalene which is -lenn. So -lin makes the most sense to me as a pronunciation. I believe the -line pronunciation is newer.
But Madeline works better if you are set on -line.
