I'd use Agrafena, Allegra, Ronja, or Epona before Agrona, which isn't saying much. That's assuming it sounds like ag-ro-na rather than ag-raw-na, which reminds me not unpleasantly of Grainne, but then I'd rather use that.
Agrona "Roma" is doable, but I don't see them as connected at all.

I like it, although it is a bit.. aggro for an actual baby. I love it for characters though.
I don't think Roma would make sense as a nickname but Rona would (if people hadn't started using "the rona" to mean covid-19, that is..)
