I like the sound, and it is not overly feminine. A nice balance of elegance and androgynous vibes. But it initially sounds like a spice to me (just kidding)

I first came across it in a Flashpoint fanfic, and it's intrigued me ever since. I'd either follow the BtN pronunciation guide, or say "mah-saylee"

I don't like it.

This is the first time I've heard of a live sighting! It's the only form of Marcelle that I would consider, but outside Scotland - in South Africa in particular - it would have such pronunciation issues that it wouldn't be worth the effort.

It reminds me of Mars, and Marseilles. I'm not exactly sure how to pronounce it, even with the guide's help - it says MAR-si-li, but are these really both short Is? The guide also says Camellia is ka-MEHL-i-a (schwas for As, but I'm too lazy to copy-paste them haha), while I'd go with ka-MEHL-ee-a.
