I'd have guessed that someone heard Henriette pronounced in French and made a guess and a tweak about the spelling. Maybe not; could be a coincidence.
Anri happens regularly in South Africa, where names often get merged. Anna Henrietta, probably! Arrietty was a joke which people who didn't see the joke adopted as a name. I find it comical that there are people named Arrietty or Arrietta rather than Harriet, and other people named Hadrian rather than Adrian.
