I think Irene is absolutely beautiful.

I'd prefer Irina to Irena.

Not huge on Irena, but Irene is a family name which I like.

Irene is dated, but otherwise fine, and harmless. I don't care for Irena all that much for some reason. I much prefer 'Ilena'
