I've never liked Angela - it sounds too dated to me. I hadn't heard of Aniela until now but I much prefer it. It eliminates the 'j' sound that I find unpleasant in Angela and seems younger and fresher. Anielka is an adorable diminutive. I'd probably pair Aniela with another Polish name...Aniela Emilia
