I like Talulla quite a bit, but I think I prefer Tallulah instead (its more common in North America). As for using it, thats a whole other ball game. I'm just not sure, DH & I've talked about it and he just feels its too outlandish and sounds like someone is trying too hard (I should note that he tends to like the very frilly and vintage style, ie Lily, Grace, Emma, Pearl, Claire, Isabelle, etc.).
