[Opinions] 100% girl names
According to the name geek, the social security administration records no males in America born with these names:Delilah
Brielle
Rosalind
Aurelia
Alina
Rowena
Winona
AdelaideHard question. But, if you had to name a boy with one of those names what would it be? What would the middle name(s) be and would they have a nickname? Would you pronounce it differently then how it usually is?

Rosalind "Roz" Edwin

I guess Rowena, but pronounced more like Rowan-a with the nickname Rowan and a strong, masculine middle name to fall back on.

Rosalind, because of it's similarity to Rosamund, which I think sounds unisex.
Runner up is Adelaide pronounced as ad-eh-led.

I like Delilah, Aurelia, Winona, and Adelaide.

I think I would Rosalind and maybe use Ross as a nickname.

I immediately thought Rosalind would work, so that. Probably pronounce it ROZ-lin nn Roz.Rosalind Augustus

I agree with Rosebeth on Adelaide & Rosalind.
"Addy" & "Lind" could work. But I might also choose Delilah, it "reminds" me of Zachariah, Elijah and Adalia, which are all masculine, so, yep.

Adelaide, it’s a place name so a little more ambiguous than some of the others. Brielle could work if spelt Briel.

I'd go with Adelaide. But Rosalind would work too.
