What would your preferred full name for this nickname be?

I’m thinking feminine but if you think it would work as a masculine or gender neutral nickname then feel free to suggest full names for that.

I think it could work for most B names, maybe Bailey, Bellamy, or Benedict.

My friends called me Bibi / BB when I was younger, and my mom still calls me that sometimes. My name is Betsy.

Thank you! I was named after my great-grandmother. My full name is Elizabeth but no one ever calls me that :)

My sister got the nickname Bambi which then evolved into Bibi, so there's one. Balbina also comes to mind. But from reasonable choices, I'd say Beatrice. Although, I think Babette and Barbara could also work with their two b's. But even many names just beginning with b, I think, could make this nickname work. I wouldn't bat an eye at Brianna, Bryony or Bianca going by Bibi. Or even, Gabrielle -> Gabbie -> Bibi. I think a nn this simple can be stretched pretty far.

I know a Beatrice nn Bibi and a Beatrix nn Bee. Both of these are beautiful and could work with the nickname. Bibi is also masculine Hebrew nickname for Benjamin.

I know a Barbara, an older lady, whose nn is Bibi. Maybe Brenda could lead to Bebe?
