[Opinions] Tati
What do you think of Tati as a diminutive of Tatiana? What do you think of Tati on its own? Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing to me, and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.

It’s cute as a nickname for Tatiana or Tatianna. I’d also use it as a nickname for Tatum. On its own, I’m not a fan at all.

It reminds of the French actor Jacques Tati and his (brilliant) roll as Monsieur Hulot. But as first name.. I can't see it.

I don't like Tati on its own but it's cute as an informal nickname for Tatiana, which I really like. There's a character with this name in the Spanish-language TV show Los Espookys and I associate it with her.

I know that this is the name of an actress whose full name is Tatiana.Tatiana is okay but feels a bit dated.I don't like Tati at all, I would have gone with Tiana or something.Tati reminds me of "daddy" in several languages as well as "titty" (sorry!)

I was gonna say that too but felt embarrassed. Glad you did it for me lmao 🤣

It's babyish and too much like what some French person might name her fluffy white cat. Also sounds like maybe a slang word for private parts.

I like it, but I’m not really sure if I see it as a name on its own...maybe.Tatia & Tiana, on the other hand, I can definitely see as full names.I’m not really crazy about Tatiana and actually prefer Tati, Tatia & Tiana over it.

It’s ok as a nn for Tatiana but more a call from the other room nickname. It’s incredibly childish on it’s own, looks like “daddy “ in some Germanic language.
