I honestly have nothing nice to say about those names. So, I’m keeping my mouth shut.
Those are interesting.
If they're not self-consciously Hollywoody, they seem like names for people who don't expect to go far from home, maybe. Sharki sounds like a child of beach bum type people, kinda rough, almost like it's from 1960s small town Southern California. I guess you are on the Australian coast? I think I remember saying you surf - I might have displaced memory though.
It looks awful on paper, and could be a bit embarrassing at certain times in a person's life. But I think it could be OK most of the time, for someone who has learned to pull it off, among her friends. It's not as bad as Picabo, in my book at least - although maybe a similar style. I'd rather be Sharki than, say, Grey or Sailor.
I referred to my daughter as Sharky when she was an infant because of the way she ate, hah. Wouldn't have used it as a form of address, though.
Tarzan and Chilli also give me a retro beach bum vibe. That is, if I persuade myself that they are given in earnest, and aren't self-conscious celeb-style gimmicks. I feel like I've seen Chilli a few times lately. Not in real life though. It's a little too provocative-seeming to me. Hot pepper.
Maton - Mate for short? Eh. The brand name isn't familiar to me, so I don't know what to make of it really, it just seems like Mason cross Payton.
Pheloni seems ... meant to be funny? That would get old really fast. I don't even think the word would sound good if it were just a name.

I'm thinking Chilli is a nn and not a given name.
I'm also thinking the spellings of Sharki and Pheloni point to them not being English language names and not related except by unfortunate coincidence to actual sharks or felonies.

Chilli pops up semi regularly here. I know 3.. and not nicknames, full names.
Both Sharki and Pheloni are blonde hair, blue eyes and have very English surnames, so I don't think they are cultural names.

Do you think Pheloni is based on felony on purpose?
I think Sharki's probably related to (roughly) "east" in Arabic, like Sharkia / Sharqia / Sharqiyya. Pretty sure those come up in religious texts or something in relation to places and wind/storms.
According to Google translate, pheloni means life in Southern Sotho, but then also phuloni seems to mean something like bouquet/garden/flowers in Assamese, which has a different script.

Dreadful. Sharking, at my university, is slang for older students trying to sleep with freshers.
Wow, I think Sharki could be my sister's spirit name.
It seems arresting and genial and reminds me of Jacki and Sharon. Or Shireen, Charlene, and Kiki?
Sharkia is listed in the database as African American...but it hasn't been used more than 4 times a year (if at all) here since 1991.
Tarzan seems unfortunate.
Chilli could be kinda cute.
If Pheloni is said like felony, I don't like it.
Maton doesn't do much for me.

Goodness. Sharki, eh? With a sister named Dolphin, nn Dolli and of course a brother named Orka.
Pheloni will become Felony, regardless of the weird spelling. Not a life sentence I'd appreciate.
Tarzan had better not grow up to look like, well, Clark Kent!
Maton? The maton game? Straighten the maton the floor? Yikes ...
Chilli is better - more energetic - than Ginger and Carrots, but I've never encountered it here, and with a thoroughly red-headed daughter, I would have.

I half wondered if Maton was like the guitars..
I'm tone-deaf; you're a musician! You would know.
