Here are two unusual sib sets I came across.
Brothers Worth and Beau
Sisters Effie Beau and India Summer
I’m not a huge fan of either Worth or Beau but I find Worth interesting as he was adopted.
I like Effie as a nickname for Frances but I have never understood using Beau as name for a girl as Beau is handsome in French. I guess one could argue though that Jane Austen used handsome in Pride and Prejudice when Fitzwilliam Darcy used it to describe Elizabeth Bennet.
I have also heard Beau used as in Is that your new beau? Always said to a woman and used to refer to a new boyfriend or partner.
I dislike India Summer a lot.

Oh, I’ve met one person named Worth before. We were in preschool together, so he’s my age. I don’t remember him having any brothers. Anyways, I’m not a big fan of that name. But, I like that it’s unique.
Beau is something people sometimes call a boyfriend where I am. I’m not really a fan of this name, personally. But, there are worse names.
I’m not a fan of Effie because of its sound. It doesn’t sound the worst with Beau. However, I’d be more likely to choose Ethel Beau or Essie Beau.
India Summer looks like a typo for “Indian Summer”. Not a fan of it.

Beau on a female makes me think of Isabeau: an unusual variant of Isabel, but a valid one.
Worth is strange. I suppose it counts as a virtue name, but they are usually 'Girls Only'.
DH's uncle married an Effie of Scottish descent: we assumed it was short for Euphemia, but when she died and we saw all the official documents etc it was her full and only name. I suppose any F name could have Effie as a nn: Frances, Felicity, Freda ... As for Mr Darcy describing Elizabeth as 'handsome', I suspect that using a typically male term for her good looks would have, in his eyes and at that time, given her more strength and dignity than if he'd described her as 'pretty'. Lydia was probably pretty, and look how she ended up!
India Summer is unusually awful. I don't go for geographical names in general, or for hot climates, and it combines both and is really off-putting.
