AHN uh STAY shuh, -syah, or -zhuh (prefer STAH syah but I wouldn't say it that way normally. Have also heard AN uh- and could switch to that)
MAD uh lin (also have heard MAD uh line rhyme fine and it would feel fairly natural to switch to that)
KAHT yuh or KAH tee-uh
I don't really know about Leocadia, I've never heard anyone say it. Which prn I'd try would depend on whose name it was. Either LAY-o-KAH-dyah or LEE-o-KAY-dyuh.
