It's beautiful, although I slightly prefer Thamar. Tamara de Lempicka is one of my favourite artists, so the name has a lot of glamour to it for me.

I think it's very pretty, though the pronunciation issue is a dealbraker for me. I usually hear it Ta-MAHR-a, but have also encountered Ta-MARE-a and once to rhyme with camera.

I think that this is a really pretty name. It’s not used much anymore.
