I think Teddy is too childish to be the full name and that a child might want to go by something else when they get older, though I suppose a Teddy could still just go by Ted as an adult. I don't really like any full names for Teddy that much. If I had to choose one, I would go with Theodore, but I think if I had a Theodore, I would use Theo before Teddy.
