[Opinions] Napoleon
More specifically, Napoleon Stanisław Adam Feliks Zygmunt (surname Krasiński, known as Zygmunt) was a Polish Romantic writer. He had four children - I can only find the first names (Władysław, Zygmunt, Elżbieta) of three, but a daughter was named Graciosa Maria Beatrix (!)Feel free to comment on all the names (I'd appreciate it very much!), but my chief interest is in Napoleon. So, without much ado:• What do you think of Napoleon as a name?• Can you think of any nicknames other than Leo or Leon?• What are some other outrageous/unusual ways to Leo you can think of? Galileo comes to mind for me.• Any middle name combos you can think of?• What would you name a brother and a sister to Napoleon?Napoleon isn't surprising on a 19th century Polish nobleman - Napoleon was very well regarded for establishing a semblance of a Polish state, and is mentioned in the Polish national anthem.I find it, as a name, ridiculous and stuffy - but in a fun way, that works on a larger than life character. Or a teddy bear. Very theatrical, very in your face. Given by a parent who enjoyed reading every volume of Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire. My combos:Napoleon Achilles
Napoleon Aleksy
Napoleon Brontë
Napoleon Charles
Napoleon Conrad
Napoleon Hercules
Napoleon Ignacy
Napoleon Jonas
Napoleon Konrad
Napoleon Montague

I like your sibset. :)
Plus I think it's fun with Hercules, Montague, and Shelley. It was pretty common in the US at one point as well...I had a several times great grandparent named Alfred Napoleon Bonaparte, which I've seen multiple times as a double MN in records.Napoleon Dynamite was a well-known movie among millennials. He was a caricature of a nerd, basically. I feel like it's too attached to that image for me; that, or warfare. I feel like I'd rather use Apollo / Apollinaire or Nathaniel if I wanted a vibe vaguely like what I get from it.Napoleon "Po"
Napoleon "Ole"

I was born in Poland and Polish language sources list these names for his children:
Władysław Wincenty Krasiński
Zygmunt Jerzy Krasiński
Maria Beatrycze Krasińska
Eliza KrasińskaI don't know where Graciosa comes from as it would not be used in Polish. Perhaps she was just given this nickname meaning graceful in other languages. Also the Polish forms of Beatrix are Beatryks and Beatrycze.

Yeah, I'm Polish too, but I can't say I looked very hard for the middle names haha. I was also surprised by Graciosa, but the English Wikipedia lists her as Graciosa Maria or Maria Beatrix.

I agree that it’s a little bit cool for a character. I remember I watched this show called 10 perfect strangers and there was a dad character called Napoleon. It sort of made him stick out a bit but it a good way, even though the name didn’t really fit him. But it’s way too associated with Napoleon Dynamite and the French leader to be used irl. It’s very nerdy.

• What do you think of Napoleon as a name?
I think it's quite weird but unique to see it being used on a modern person. The association with Napoleon Bonaparte or Napoleon III is just too strong for me.• Can you think of any nicknames other than Leo or Leon?
Nappy and Polly lol 😆• What are some other outrageous/unusual ways to Leo you can think of? Galileo comes to mind for me.

I don't like the name. The Napoleon Bonaparte association is too obvious, but the name is kind of funny: it seems to say "Nap-of-leon (lion)".
Some potential nicknames could be Pole or Pol (both pronounced like Paul).
I can't think of anything for the third question.
Combos:

Napoleon Charles
Napoleon Richard
Napoleon Ryan
Napoleon Julian
Napoleon EdwardSibset: Napoleon Isaiah, Hypatia Kate and Achilles LeviThe other names: from the other names that you mention I like Adam, Leo and Beatrix.
