it's all right, and okay as a full name. It feels like it should have been more popular maybe ten or fifteen years ago, not exactly dated but more so than Mia, et al.
I would use the name Brianna if I had another daughter today, without planning to call her Bree or any other nn, but I wouldn't be surprised if she was called that, at least sometimes.
