Reminds me of the cigarettes Winfield Blues often nicknamed Winnie Blues.

I can see it being used for a character more than a real person. That being said, I think Win or Winnie would be pretty cute nicknames. I don’t see the full name being used that much. Win sounds really cute to me though, so I don’t mind it.
