I like Asha too; it's not a bad name, and sounds "normal" enough.

I used to have Asha on my name list in high school and I still really like it. I couldn't use it now, as it rhymes with my husbands name. I like Nymeria for a dog.

Of those, Asha is the only one I think is really appealing. The rest are meh, ok fantasy names and usable because they're readable.
Except Missandei which I think is bad.

I appreciate George R.R. Martin's naming system for his ASOIAF series, as it makes sense for a fantasy series that only has humans (until the Children of the Forest - so no "Elves" or "Dwarves (as a separate race)" or "Orcs") to have names that are similar enough to ones in our world that they're recognizable, but also follow their own intrinsic cultural customs (e.g. an ash - æ - becoming "ae" for Valyrian names).Of the names you posted, I like:Missandei
Nymeria (this is pretty bada$$)
Laenor
Theon
Valerion (I would actually consider Valerian in real life)Other ASOIAF names I quite like:Sansa
Cersei (almost like this more than Circe)
Shireen
Brienne (I like this more than Brianne / Brianna)
Lyanna (I would consider Liana in real life
Olenna
Rhaenyra
Visenya
Alicent
&
Varys
Viserys
Joffrey (if it weren't for the attached character...)
Daemon (I would actually use Damon)
Aemond
Larys
Lyonel (I would consider Lionel in real life)
Daeron

Girls:
Allyria - it's okay/pretty, reminds me of Illyria
Asha - I like it vaguely, seems the most ordinary looking one
Missandei - it's okay/interesting
Nymeria - love it (also love names like Nimue, Nyah, Miri, Nivaria)Boys:
Laenor - meh
Larence - whatever, but I'd prefer Laurence
Theon - like it; also it seems ordinary like Theo / Leon
Valerion - best for people who dislike the herb Valerian?
Victarion - it's okay/interesting, better than Victorian would be
