Well obviously it's usable?I wouldn't use it, but I think it's likely that it'll be quietly used for a while.
Piper was a one-gal name, and Coco ... Arwen ... even Cher was given to 8 girls in the US in 2020.
Maybe someday Beyonce will be just a normal name for gals. There's no good reason it can't be.

No, no, no! Definitely tied solely to the singer and doesn’t have a pleasant sound to my ear.

It's usable only if you don't mind it being associated solely with the singer. Aaliyah has that same issue, but the sounds are different and there are so many similar-sounding names that it doesn't really have that strong an association. It's also very popular, whereas Beyonce's name just never caught on. The sound is just too distinctive and there aren't really any sound-alike names other than Bianca, which has a much harder sound.

I wonder whether the pharmacy woman's mother was a fan of Destiny's child?
For me it's a classic example of a one person name.
Plus, if I've understood it correctly, Beyoncé is the first bearer: «name came from her mother's maiden name (which was originally Beyincé..»
So, it's a unique, one person surname name? I'd avoid it at all costs.

This woman sounded young. It was an pharmacy assistant who answers the phone so I assume in her late teens or early 20s.
