1. Eileen is alright. It’s very old ladyish, but I attribute it with nice grandmas unlike Helen, Karen, Janet, etc.
2. The only spelling I like is Jocelyn. All other spellings are weird and clunky to me, especially the one you listed. I would actually give this to a kid if my only association with it wasn’t with the weird girl in my grade.
3. I like it, but’s way too associated with Paris Hilton to be used. I also kind of find it prickly. Uncaring.
4. It’s alright. I think it’s a little bit boring. Paula, because I dislike -etta names. Plus, Pauletta reminds me way too much of Legally Blonde.
5. Prefer Sonya. Whenever I see Sonia I have the urge to read it as “sonic”. Plus, I think the y makes more sense with how it’s pronounced. As a name itself, it’s alright, but the only Sonia I’ve met wasn’t a very good person.
