(Prissy) Cillian and Luna Lovegood's dad are my associations. They'd be interesting to encounter IRL about like Vespasian. Better than Caligula, not as modern seeming as Maximilian or Aurelius.
Other than that, they're obviously Latin names, so...they work for ancient Romans?

Well, for what purpose? For actual children, I think they are obnoxiously pretentious unless you have very clear reasons for using them (such as that the philosophy of Xenophilius has changed your life). They would be fine for a pair of goldfish.

It’s for a story/fanfic I’m writing. I would never use them for real children, I’d never be that cruel ;-)

Ah. In that case, they are likely good. They are easily distinguishable from one another, anyway, and not too hard to figure out the pronunciations of.
