Does Ayala give you any impressions? About religion, ethnicity, etc. What would you think are the demographics of someone with this name? (Without looking up where it's popular, I want to know your initial feelings :))

I think of Israel. I know, the name is quite common there. I my opinion, there are to many A's in the Name - so it sounds a bit boring to me. But fine in general.

This name looks Azerbaijani or Turkish for some reason, but I think it's beautiful.

I thought it was Turkish for a quick second because of Ayla (Oops I meant Alya!) and I know a girl by that name, but then I remembered it’s a pretty Hebrew name. I didn’t look at the popularity but I assume it’s popular in Israel. I would really assume anything but I guess if I had to I’d think of a girl who may be Jewish or Hebrew. I think of a book smart girl when I see Ayala for some reason. It reminds me of owls.
