How would you name a daughter with the following naming rule: a double name ending in Jo (e.d. Dara Jo)

My paternal grandmother was Sarah Anne, so if I needed a double name I'd use Sally Anne. If I had to use Jo, it would be Joe and used for a boy, to honour my late uncle. Perhaps Gareth Joe. I dislike Jo for a girl.
