This is dating me terribly but I immediately thought of that Friends episode when Monica left an awkward message on someone's answering machine saying "call me back, or not.... I'm breezy!"
So.... how about as a nickname for Monica?
It's ok, it's fun in a kitschy way, like "Windy". I guess I'd rather be a Breezy than a Windy. Maybe as a pet name for Briseis? Or a name like Brianna Zoe??
Oh I came across the name Breeshey recently, how about that.
