I'm not sure if this matters but Declan and Logan sort of match the subtle "pattern" you have going on with every child's name ending in an n or m sound. I think Declan James is very handsome. You could also find a name that ends in "m" to "match" Malcolm, like Bram, Adam, Callum, William, Graham, Tristram, or Wolfram. Of course, maybe that doesn't matter much at all!
