It confuses me a bit when people with unique names use an extremely common nickname. Is it to ground it? If I named a child Annunziata I would encourage the nickname Ziata or Zia, something more fun than Annie, as it kind of defeats the purpose of having an out there name. Just my humble opinion.
As to the name itself, I wouldn’t use it, it’s a bit too far on the pretentious/clunky side.
