I find it rather amusing: I like Noel as a unisex name, I'm fine with Noelle if the French pronunciation is used but where I live it always sounds like noWELL, which is awful. And I find Ella, and also Emma, dreadfully boring. So while 'No Ella' would suit me very well as a regulation, like 'No Entry', Noella wouldn't at all.
