It looks like someone trying to make Dylan feminine and unattractive. I also don't think I would naturally think to pronounce it that way. Maybe you could get that pronunciation with Dilana, but that also looks strange.

Awful. Any fan of Bob Dylan or Dylan Thomas could use Dylan as a mn quite easily; and surely nobody would want to use any name as unconvincing-looking as Dylana! Just plain Lana would be better,

I think it's feminine form of Dylan but it looks ugly for me.
