I've never met a male Andrea; as a f name it's OK, preferable to Andrew for males, but not a name I'd ever consider. Drea, as in Dreary? No. It would have to be Andy, which I dislike.

I don't mind it. I prefer the nn Andy though

Have a friend with this name and she goes by Drea, so it's fine with me.
