First, the name begins with Gi are probably Italian. There are no girls commonly using this name. I this these name are masculine.
The name Mattia has only seen been used on boy in the chart. So probably it will not fit on a girl these days.
Andrea becomes a unisex name in France. The usage on boys became more popular than girls. In Italy this name is masculine and other places feminine.
Elia probably been masculine because in the namesake, and in games like Planet Zoo, they only give on males.
I think name like Simone, Gabriele, Samuele, Daniele masculine. End in e doesn’t means it is feminine. I first thought they are all masculine name. Girls can use Simona, Gabrielle, Samuelle and Danielle. They are much prettier.
