It looks too much like the word avarice or aversion. That’s just what it reminds me of. If I heard it pronounced I would assume it was two separate names. Seems unnecessary to combine and easy to confuse pronunciation with that spelling.

I assume the parents wanted to make sure she uses both names and not just Avery.
