Watching something on tv today and one of the people was called Nicodemus. WDYT of Nicodemus?
Despite my liking for biblical names I’m not overly fond of this one but Nico would make a cute nickname.
A different programme I was watching had a mother and daughter named Gwynn and Fleur and three white collar criminals called Huxton, Warwick and Gilbert.
WDYT of those names?

I really like Nicodemus as a full name. If it must be shortened, I prefer Cody. Same with Gilbert - if necessary, use Bert.
Fleur is too hard for me to pronounce. It comes out as "floor" most of the time! Same with Warwick. I instinctively say "war-wick", so I prefer the spelling Warrick.
Gwynn - I prefer Gwyn as masculine and Gwen as feminine.
Lastly, Huxton needs to stay as a surname.

I like Nicodemus. It's very long for a first name but Nico is an easy nickname.
I like Gwynn and Fleur. Huxton, Warwick, and Gilbert sound exactly like the kind of characters you described lol

Love Nicodemus. I used to wonder why it didn't catch on more. Then it occurred to me that maybe it reminded people of nicotine, which would be a shame if that's it. Nico would make a neat nn, I agree. In a Dickens novel there's a character called Noddy (sp?). I had to investigate and sure enough, for him, it's from Nicodemus. Totally cute but not realistic in the modern world.
Gwyn / Gwynn is male, no? Love Gwen for a woman and Fleur is always beautiful. Gilbert is darling, in a tweedy, old fashioned kind of way. :0)
P.S. Love Gwyneth for a woman (obviously) and so could see Gwyn(n) as a nn for it.
