Lech is a word in English referring to lecherous behavior or person. I have heard it almost exclusively used as an insult for men rather like libertine. Leszek is nice enough.

I like Leszek a lot as a nickname for Lech - it's very lively and cheerful. Similar vibes to Mieszko.

Reminds me of Walesa. In theory I like it, in practice I don’t think it works unless you’re Polish.
