- Lettice -Weird that this is considered posh in the UK. This would be considered a low class/trashy name in the US. And since I'm from the US, I can't say I like this at all. Ew.
- Victoria -Fine, I guess. Nothing special, but fine. Can't say I find it low or high class. It's too common for me to feel like it belongs to any particular type of person.
- Beatrice -This sounds classy, but it's not really my style. Bea is cute though.
- Philippa -Adore this. I've never known anyone irl to have this name though so it's hard for me to imagine it as high/low class. To me, it's one of those names that doesn't feel quite tangible.
- Alys -It's not posh to me, but it is a very nice alternative to the bland Alice spelling. It's a nice name. - Marmaduke -Oh, this feels like a joke. It feel like a brand name or a pet name. I don't know that I could take a human being seriously if he introduced himself as Marmaduke. It definitely sounds like someone trying waaayyyy too hard.
- Cuthbert -it's not my style personally, but it feels like something someone would use as a family name that just got passed down over and over.
- Rupert -I've always thought this name felt hard to love. Like a person with this name is all hard and sharp edges. Idk. It's not for me.
- Charles -The old man version of the too commonly used Charlie. It's boring to me.
- Hugo -It looks like "huge" and Hurricane Hugo was really bad here when I was little, so bad that people are still talking about it thirty years later so it's not a viable name to me. I do like that it brings to mind Victor Hugo.
