Yes, I came across a little boy named Blaique, pronounced the same as Blake.

I have never been a fan of creative spellings but this takes it to the next level, looks quite feminine as well.

A serious miscalculation! I can see him quietly becoming Blake as an adult, if he hasn't changed the spelling legally.
