Hi. My name is Adesta and was told my great grandma named me and she was a direct import from Poland and did not speak English. My mom was also named that. I was also told in very old Polish tongue it meant Angel or Daughter of Heaven also. Not sure if that the truth but being my great gramma names me I have no reason to not believe it🤣…or at least it’s a good story anyways
