Here in Italy Zarina (pronounced dza-REE-na) is the word for tsarina.
I find Zarina very fascinating both for its "Russian" (actually Italianized) and Persian meanings. As in Persian it means "golden" I think that the meanings merges and make Zarina an elegant, regal and shining name.

Likewise, sounds like naming someone “queen “ or “Princess.”
