I think Judy might make a comeback whereas I don't see it for Jody in the next couple of decades.

Jodie reminds me of Jodie Holmes from Beyond two Souls, a really cool game. Judith is a great name, shortened to Judy though, is also nice. Jodie works better as a stand alone name, though.

They are both really cute and friendly names. Jodie (I prefer Jodi) is like a lively, softball-playing, cheerleading teenage girl, and Judy is your fun-loving aunt who has a funky hair color.
