Jane is gorgeous - classic and refined but also spunky. "Plain Jane" is outdated and Jane is ready for a comeback imo! I prefer Jane Rosemary; I've always found Primrose a bit too... prim.
Other suggestions:
Jane Adelaide
Jane Alexandra
Jane Amaryllis
Jane Cassiopeia
Jane Cleopatra
Jane Elizabeth
Jane Florence
Jane Hyacinth
Jane Margaret
Jane Matilda
Jane Persephone
Jane Seraphina
Jane Sunflower
Jane Willow

Jane is wonderful. Timeless, elegant and playful, it's a winner all the way.
I prefer Jane Rosemary, but then I dislike Primrose so it doesn't prove much.

Jane is a good, strong name. I know its legacy is "plain," but I think it's anything but.
Belongs in the first name slot, though. Jane as a middle is, imo, way too safe - she gets her spunk when she's what the person is actually called. With something extravagant, or even funky, in the middle:
Jane Adelaide
Jane Alexandra
Jane Allegra
Jane Celeste
Jane Electra
Jane Elodie
Jane Gabrielle
Jane Guinevere
Jane Lavender
Jane Lavinia
Jane Letitia
Jane Marjorie
Jane Perpetua
Jane Rosamund
Jane Sibylla
Jane Wilhelmina

It's ok, I like Primrose best, Rosalie would be nice too
