I like it. I also like both Rose and Elaine. Elaine happens to be my mother’s middle name.
Definitely long o like Rose. I would pronounce it just like saying Rose Elaine quickly, without a pause in the middle.
I definitely prefer Elaine over Ellen.
I love most Ros- names, established and some not so established, but not made up by me. I like Rosaire on a girl only. I like Rosetta which I first heard in Disney Fairies and Rosmerta which I first saw in Harry Potter. If Rosary wasn’t a word I would like it. Along the same lines as Roselaine, I think Rosealaina or Rosalaina is pretty.

It's pretty. My first attempt would be to say it like Rose-Elaine. It could be anything though. Even Rahz-uh-lie-nuh.
Elaine is more appealing on paper than Ellen, however I think I'd rather meet an Ellen IRL.My favorite invented Rose names are Rosemarina / Rosemarine, Roseamy (Rose-Amy ... it's better hyphenated), and Roseve.

I like it. I'd pronounce it like, I guess ɹoʊz-ə-leɪn? Basically "Rose" (emphasized) and then "Elaine" but with a schwa for the first "e". I don't know if its origin was just a Renesmee type thing, but it feels like an established/vintage variant along the lines of Madelaine as a variant of Madeline (it fits that same pattern with Rosaline). I like Elaine better than Ellen because the vibe seems more medieval to me (even though Ellen was literally a medieval name!).Rosarya maybe? Rosenya / Roseithne? (I tried to "make up" Rosalia but it's already a name :P)

Years ago i tried writing a Twilight noir parody and came up with Roselaine for the Renesmee stand in, but then I decided Roselaine was far too beautiful and not silly enough.I like Roselaine, I would say it just like "Rosy Lane". It's cute, right?! Adorable and cozy with a nice dollop of quirkiness.

It's actually pretty despite being rare and whimsical. I'd pronounce it roz-LAYN. I prefer Elaine to Ellen, and I think it's quite underrated when compared to other El- names, such as Ellie, Elena or even Elisa.Rose- names are my cup of tea, and I have around 60 on my PNL, but if I had to create one, it would be Rosavera.

Roselaine is sweet, with sort of mid-20th-century vibes. I wonder if it’s ROEZ-layn, ROZ-eh-layn, or something else?I prefer Ellen to Elaine, but I am biased.I like Rosellen, actually, might use that in a story.Rosejane, Rosejean, Rosehope, Rosemorgan, Rosemargo, Rosefaith, Rosefaye, Rosenora, Rosedora, Rosephyllis, Rosekira, Rosekate, Rosegwen

I think it sounds interesting yet very beautiful and unique version of Rosaline. How would you pronounce it? Short or long o?
I pronounce Roz-uh-layn but I think it's long o for me. What do you think of Elaine? Do you prefer it to Ellen?
I think it's so nice and very pretty.

Roselaine is pretty. I would say it just like Rose-laine, so with a long o. I probably do prefer Elaine over Ellen, but I prefer Elena over all of them.My made-up Rose name is Rosenia (rose-en-ya) or Rosenaya.

I’d never considered that, but it’s actually quite a cute name! I’d probably pronounce it just like rose-elaine, so I believe that’s a long o, and I definitely do prefer Elaine to Ellen—no shade, I just think Elaine sounds a bit more elegant :D
For an invented Rose name, hmm… perhaps Rosemma, Roseia, or Roselouise haha XD
