It would be better if it was spelled Sue-Alice. At least it would be clear that it was the name Sue and Alice. Sualice just like that doesn't sound too appealing.

It makes me think of solace. It's new to me too.

That's new. It makes me think of "sluice", which is a satisfying word for sure but... not sure if it's great as a name. Sue Alice is pretty though! The two names suit each other.
