Absolutely no, Ray is ok though.

I don't think any kid named Radiance would actually go by Radiance so I think it's kind of pointless to name a kid something so weird.

In a word: idiotic. The only think in its favour is that it shortens to good old suburban anonymous Ray.

It’s terrible. Looks like a cosmetic brand.

I’m not as used to it as other word names but it has a nice meaning and Ray could be a nickname. It seems more feminine and would make a cool middle name.
