It’s ok. Don’t have strong feelings towards it either way.

I used to be obsessed with this name, but now I think it’s just alright. It is pretty special, though!

Now it just makes me think of Big Bang Theory. I’m pretty neutral on it.

Cute name, I love it and would definitely use it. I associate it with the RWBY character Penny Polendina, first thing that comes to mind.

It's cute, but I wouldn't ever want it for myself or want to use it. It's forever a dog's name to me; my mother and stepfather had a little Yorkie-Bichon mix named Penny for over fifteen years so that's my own association with it.
