I like Annabel: it's the only Anne name I really enjoy, apart from Anne itself. I only like that spelling: the faux-French version bugs me.
Clarence ... I don't think it fits in today's world. Clarence House is British royalty, and Clarence itself seems to suit an acquaintance of Bertie Wooster and Jeeves.
