Elodie. Elodie is more down-to-earth and Bianca seems high-n-mighty.

Elodie by a HUGE margin. It's classic and beautiful. Also very melodic. Bianca on the other hand is just ugly, rough & harsh. Never liked it or any other name containing that unpleasant "anka/onca" sound.

Elodie feels stronger, more interesting, and more elegant.

Bianca has always sounded strident and even gauche to me, so I prefer Elodie.

Elodie looks unfinished, like Melody with an M-job. Bianca, then, though there is a sinister Bianca in the family so IRL I wouldn't. But as a name, it's better.
